Our favorite way to spend a Thursday afternoon. Meet us on the Magnificent Mile at Venteux for your choice of dirty, espresso or lemon drop martini for $6 each.

Friday & Saturday | 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Season of Spritz. Meet us on the rooftop at Château Carbide where an effortless way to begin the weekend invites you sip bright, refreshing spritz cocktails and snack on Chef-inspired light bites while taking in sweeping city views.

As summer settles in, Chateau Carbide comes alive with curated live music and DJ‑driven sounds that set the rhythm for the season. Thoughtfully programmed and effortlessly cool, evenings unfold with a blend of vibrant energy and refined ambiance. We’ll meet you there.

Monday – Sunday | 7:00am – 3:30pm

When it comes to brunch, it’s never too soon. Join us at Venteux for $29 bottomless mimosas or rosé, and a French meets American menu of classic mid-day favorites meant to savor.

Tuesdays | 4:00pm – 9:00pm

Enjoy an evening on the Magnificent Mile with chef’s choice $1 oysters in Venteux. Pair with your favorite champagne or signature cocktail.

Live Jazz Trio | 4:00pm – 6:00pm

The last night of the year, done properly. Bar Pendry keeps the fireplace lit and the classic cocktails pouring from 11:00am straight through 2:00am, with a live jazz trio setting the tone from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. A complimentary Champagne toast lands at 12:00am. Reservations are encouraged, but walk-in guests are welcome.

Live DJ | 10:00pm – 1:00am

The city, from 24 floors up. Château Carbide turns rooftop into winter garden for the last night of the year, with bubbles, seasonal bites and a front-row view of the fireworks over Chicago. A live DJ takes the room from 10:00pm – 1:00am and a complimentary Champagne toast marks 12:00am. Reservations are required.
