Chateau Carbide’s stunning rooftop setting plays host to the James Beard Finalist cocktail connoisseurs from Scotch Lodge, who will take a night away from their Portland, Oregon home to serve up three signature cocktails alongside chef-paired bites and skyline views. Reservations recommended.
