Love at first sip. Fifth & Rose sets the scene with a Valentine’s‑night menu featuring the Final Rose cocktail, a seasonal Pasta Rollatini and a decadent Strawberry En Robe crafted just for the occasion. A live DJ carries the mood late into the night, from 9:00pm through midnight.

Best of the west. Meet us at Fifth & Rose for a curated High West Whiskey Tasting where you’ll take a guided tour through four of our favorite High West whiskeys, including Bourbon Whiskey, Double Rye Whiskey, Campfire Whiskey and Midwinter Nights Dram Whiskey, choosing your favorite sip to have our experienced mixologists craft an Old Fashioned or Manhattan to round out your experience.

A Pendry classic, from coast to coast. Boozy Tea at Fifth & Rose turns a traditional afternoon tea service on its head with tea-inspired cocktails, sweet and savory small bites and a San Diego spin on one of our favorite weekend traditions. Reservations required in advance.
