Smooth the skin with MediSpa®Aquapeel and enriched oxygen exfoliation. Tighten and tone the skin with microcurrent and ultrasound. Combat the signs of aging with cryotherapy and oxygen infusion. Expect firmer, brighter and more luminous skin.
Stay True and Connected. Begin with gentle dry brushing to awaken and refine the skin. A soothing, hydrating body mask is applied with calming essential oils to relax the nervous system. Warm compresses and guided breathwork invite presence, stillness, and mind-body connection.

Introducing the all-new Wellness Cabana at Pendry Newport Beach, a poolside self-care haven anchored by a new extra-large dry sauna with chilled eucalyptus towels, Theraguns and more, designed to add a dose of stress reduction, pain relief and restorative energy to your poolside lounging. Available to Pendry Newport Beach hotel guests and Elwood Club members daily from 6:00am to 8:00pm.

Pendry Newport Beach offers a weekly lineup of complimentary wellness classes designed to keep your stay energized, from guided Yoga Flow sessions in the Movement Studio to classes that balance strength, breath and recovery. Each session is led by our resident instructors and welcomes every level, whether you’re keeping your routine or starting fresh. Pair your class with the 24-hour Fitness Center or a post-workout visit to the dry saunas for a well-rounded reset. Reservations are required.
