We love it for a beachside hike, but there are also mountain bike and inland horse back riding trails to explore. Don’t skip a stop at the Shake Shack on your way out.
Explore a new side of Newport Beach at Buck Gully Trail, a 4.5 mile moderate hike through the reserve off the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s a narrow trail that can be subject to weather conditions so avoid if it’s wet or rainy out, but on a beautiful day, it offers a lovely journey through a pocket of untouched beauty. No dogs allowed.
The closest beach to Pendry Newport Beach, Corona del Mar is a half-mile stretch of sandy beach flanked by cliffs and a rock jetty. An always popular pick for families, surfers, divers and Newport locals, CDM is a favorite for beach goers and sun-seekers.
