See the spirit of the season as only Newport Beach knows it with an evening cruise aboard the Aperitivo, a 34’ private boat charter departing from the renowned Balboa Bay Club, giving you an up-close tour of the Newport Harbor’s ever-charming display of holiday lights, décor and quintessential Southern California Christmas style.

This is a 4-hour family-friendly experience available for up to 10 guests.

We’re donning our season’s best. All month long. Pendry Newport Beach is putting a signature spin on the holidays with a Festive Pool Cabana Takeover, featuring an awe-inspiring transformation of our poolside cabanas, courtesy of Roger’s Gardens, turning them into a festive and cozy private wonderland featuring holiday decor, fire pit, music, and dining with a side of extra special.

This is a 4-hour family-friendly experience available for up to 10 guests. Reservations are required a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Elevate your holiday spirit with a Pendry Christmas Tree, perfectly sized for in-room celebrations. Each tree is beautifully decorated with Roger’s Garden ornaments and festive accents. Included with your tree are letters to Santa, chocolate chip cookies & milk, a holiday stuffie and keepsake ornament, created to capture the magic of your Newport Beach holiday. Reservations are required.

Making spirits bright. Join us for a special seasonal spin on our Cocktail Making Series. Experience a hands-on holiday class where you’ll enjoy tastings of four classic drinks, including a Coquito, a Puerto-Rican coconut-based classic; a Mexican Christmas Punch with wine, cinnamon, hibiscus and guava; Pendry Egg Nog laced with whiskey, tequila and chili; and our signature Pendry Mulled Wine, all topped off with a delightful dose of merry on the side.

This private 60-minute experience is available for up to four hotel guests or Elwood Club members, age 21+, with a 72-hour advanced reservation. Alternative days and times available upon request.

‘Tis the season, after all. Add an extra dose of sweet to your season with a December coffee stop at the Coffee Bar, where we’re serving up a holiday-inspired menu of festive favorites including cinnamon rolls, holiday cookie tins filled with cookies, bark and muddy buddies and more alongside our classic drinks menu.

Merry everything. Join us at SET for a Christmas menu of culinary favorites, including a three-course offering with Maine Lobster Carpaccio, Braised Lamb Shank and a classic Buche de Nöel reimagined as a matcha-dusted éclair that is topping our wish list. Reservations are recommended.

In with the new. Toast to 26 with us at SET, where we’re ushering in the new year in decadent style with your choice of prix fixe, four-course dinner menu accompanied by live music, DJ and midnight countdown or an evening in the bar and lounge with a à la carte assortment of SET favorites paired with holiday-ready cocktails, crisp champagne and Newport’s best NYE setting. Reservations are required.

The countdown is on. Ring in the New Year at Bar Pendry with a VIP table service experience welcoming you and your favorite guests.
