A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Les Dames DC, an organization supporting women in hospitality.

Meet us at our rooftop hideaway for an intimate sushi making class led by Moonraker’s very own, Chef Marcia Lozada. Guests will be welcomed with sake to start, then will be guided through the step-by-step process of making a Spicy Salmon Roll, Veggie Roll, and Sunonomo, Japanese Cucumber Salad. The class will conclude on a sweet note with instruction on how to put the finishing touches on Moonraker’s famed Profiteroles.
