Moonraker welcomes the season ahead with the all-new weekend Suntory Daytime Social, featuring DJs spinning summer soundtracks blending Japanese City Pop, Nu-Disco, and Chill Jazz Funk alongside tableside Kakigori, a Japanese shaved iced, spiked with Suntory Japanese spirits, specialty sushi and more. Walk-ins welcome.

A storied tradition, a taste of today. Moonraker introduces a new Sunday Shokunin series in partnership with Suntory Spirits, featuring an afternoon-long culinary immersion including a Japanese highball cocktail-making workshop highlighting Suntory Toki whiskey. The experience continues with a Moonraker chef led tasting and an interactive handroll experience, where guests craft their own premium handrolls using chef‑prepared ingredients and expert finishing techniques.
