Pendry Tampa Celebrates Topping Off of Hotel and Pendry Residences
Pendry Hotels & Resorts and Two Roads Development mark a key milestone as the development prepares for a 2027 opening, bringing Pendry’s signature contemporary hospitality to Florida.
TAMPA, FLORIDA (OCTOBER 13, 2026) – Pendry Hotels & Resorts and Two Roads Development celebrated the topping off of Pendry Tampa and Pendry Residences Tampa, Pendry’s Florida debut, marking a key milestone as the hotel approaches its 2027 opening.
Located along the city’s celebrated Tampa Riverwalk in the heart of downtown, Pendry Tampa is being designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by award-winning Studio Munge. The hotel will feature 218 guestrooms and suites, 190 Pendry Residences and food and beverage outlets led by Clique Hospitality. The dynamic collection of venues includes a signature restaurant concept that offers elevated dining and a vibrant, high-energy social atmosphere, a modern Mexican restaurant with vibrant flavors and expressive design, a sophisticated speakeasy lounge, and a poolside dining destination. Additional signature amenities include Spa Pendry, a state-of-the-art fitness center and wellness offerings, Paintbox children’s program, along with more than 14,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
